The creative process is about more than learning how to get better at your craft.
It is also wrestling with God. This is because creativity can be a very grand adventure while also being an intimate adventure. Just as Frodo’s journey was both a journey through physical mountains of great valleys as well as a journey through the landscape of his own soul. The secret the world does not understand is that God meets you in the studio, on the set, and at your computer.
