Artists Are Not Second Class Citizens in the Church
Tragically…some churches have embraced unbiblical ideas that result in artists being treated like second-class citizens. This is true all over the world, and it is not built on biblical principles. It is due to faulty theology exported with missionaries over the last few centuries. Not only is this unbiblical, but it leads to a church that is shallow in its cultural impact, weak in discipleship and disheartening to the artists in the pew.
