The Artists Journey Series: War with Anger

Anger is not a sin, but can easily lead to it. Releasing our anger can even reward us with a rush of emotion, yet the damage can be devastating. We can all be tempted to hate those with whom we disagree, whether it is over political disagreements or someone stealing that empty parking spot. The challenge comes when we realize hatred and anger take their toll upon our spirit. Join us as we discuss ways to deal with anger, whether it is in your heart , in your art, and in the world.
